Meta ads consultant · Berlin

The Meta ads consultant brands hire when they're done wasting money.

I'm Victoria. I've spent €30M on Meta ads across 50+ brands including foodspring, Asana Rebel, and Singa — and I help brands scale by focusing on what actually moves performance: creative, tracking, testing, and coaching in-house teams.

If you're spending €5K+ a month on Meta, you're in the right place.

3 different industries but the same playbook of running profitable ads

5x

Revenue increase in 6 months

evoli-shop sells fabrics and rhinestones for competition dance costumes. They came to me doing 5 orders a week — beautiful product, no idea how to reach the right audience. Six months later they were doing 100+ orders a week at a third of the customer acquisition cost. The whole thing started with €10/day and iPhone videos.

What we changed: tracking setup, creative strategy built around their actual buyer (costume designers, not generic dancers), and a creative testing framework that let Meta's algorithm find them.

"Meta ads completely transformed our business. Our revenue increased 5x with profitable returns from the very first order."

B2B SaaS

6x

More qualified leads at 60% lower cost

Singa is a B2B karaoke SaaS for entertainment venues. They'd been told "Meta doesn't work for B2B" and had been over-relying on Google Ads. The problem was that they were optimizing for the wrong conversion event. We rebuilt the campaign architecture around their actual buyer (decision-makers at venues), changed the optimization event to a meaningful business outcome, and rebuilt creative around their real buyer's pain points.

The result: 6x more qualified leads at 60% lower cost than their Google Ads benchmark.

350+

Leads per month (7x growth)

Finanzskalpell is a German finance education platform. They were generating around 50 leads a month and had hit a ceiling. We rebuilt creative around the specific anxieties their buyers had about money, restructured campaigns to feed Meta's algorithm cleaner signals, and tightened tracking so we could optimize for lead quality, not just lead volume.

Three months later they were doing 350+ leads a month — and the sales team validated the lead quality within 30 days.

"My lead generation campaigns are finally scaling! Last month I had a record of 350 leads, 7x from last quarter."

This is what I focus on and why

After spending €30M on Meta, I've narrowed down what actually moves performance. Three things. Everything else is tweaking.

01

Creative strategy — your biggest performance lever.

In 2026, Meta's algorithm, your creative IS your targeting. The audience selection, the bid optimization, the campaign structure can move the needle 10–20% on a good day. Your creative moves it 2x, 3x, sometimes 5x!

I've seen accounts where one piece of creative generated 80% of sales at a third of the cost of every other ad, and this is with the same audience, same product, same budget, by just changing the ad creative. That's the order of magnitude we're working with.

I build the creative testing frameworks and the strategic concepts that let Meta's algorithm find your buyers for you. I won't shoot the videos myself, but I'll write the briefs, define the angles, and tell you exactly what to test next.

02

Tracking — how you actually communicate with the algorithm.

You can't tell Meta's algorithm what you want in words. You communicate with it through tracking. When tracking is broken or misconfigured, the algorithm is optimizing blind — it doesn't know what success looks like for your business, so it can't find more people who'll buy from you.

In 95% of the accounts I audit, tracking is part of the problem. Pixel events misconfigured. Conversions API not set up. Wrong optimization events. Server-side tracking missing. Each of these quietly kills performance in ways that look like creative or targeting problems.

Get tracking right, and Meta becomes your silent super-employee — finding people who actually convert, not just people who scroll.

03

Testing — the fastest, cheapest path to scale.

The biggest mistake I see new advertisers make is committing to one creative angle, one audience, one offer — and trying to scale it before they've tested enough. Testing is cheaper than scaling. It's faster than guessing. And in the early days of any campaign, your job is to run as many smart tests as your budget allows so you find what sticks.

I build the testing frameworks that let you find winners in weeks, not months. Three creatives per test. Clear decision rules. Bi-weekly creative refreshes once you find your winner. The accounts that scale fastest are the ones that test fastest in the beginning.

Why hire me instead of an agency.

There are good agencies. But for most businesses spending €5K–€30K a month on Meta, the economics don't work in your favor. Here's what's different about working with me.

Agency vs me.

  • Agency: Charges you €3K–€15K/month retainer regardless of what you actually need

Me: Pricing scoped to what your business actually needs (project, retainer, or hybrid)

  • Agency: Assigns a junior account manager to run your account day-to-day

Me: I personally oversee everything, every day. No handoff layer.

  • Agency: Templated strategy repeated across every client they sell

Me: Strategy built specifically around your business, your margins, your buyer

  • Agency: Monthly slide deck full of vanity metrics

Me: Direct Slack/email — you see the reasoning behind every decision

  • Agency: 3–6 month minimum contract, locked in

Me: Flexible engagements scoped per project

One important thing.

I don't replace your team. I'm not the person clicking buttons in Ads Manager every morning. You (or your marketing manager) will still need to run the ads day-to-day.

What I do is the senior strategy work most teams don't have access to: the creative direction, the campaign architecture, the tracking setup, the testing framework. I tell you what to do, why we're doing it, and how to know if it's working. You execute, I oversee, we adjust together.

This is the most cost-effective model for most growing businesses. You get senior-level input without paying for senior-level hours on admin tasks.

How We Work Together

Every project starts the same way: I look at what's there before I tell you what to change.

01

Discovery call

We start with a free 30-minute call. I'll ask about your business, your margins, what you've tried, what's working, what isn't. By the end of the call I'll have a clear sense of whether Meta ads are the right channel for you right now and whether I'm the right person to help. If the answer is no on either, I'll say so.

02

Account audit

If we move forward, I get access to your account and audit everything — tracking setup, event configuration, campaign structure, creative quality, audience overlap, ad library health. You get a written audit document covering what's broken, what's working, and exactly where we'll get the biggest gains.

03

High-impact strategy

Together we identify the highest-impact areas to work on — usually creative strategy, campaign architecture, positioning and messaging, and tracking optimization. I build the strategy, write the briefs, design the campaign structure, and set up the testing framework. You execute with my direct guidance every step of the way.

04

Ongoing oversight

I oversee performance, review what's working, and tell you what to test next. New creative goes in every one to two weeks. Budget increases follow performance data. Monthly reporting, etc. You learn the framework alongside me, so you're not dependent on me forever.

Let's see if we're a fit.

About pricing.

My pricing varies a lot depending on what you actually need. A one-time audit is a different engagement than a 90-day strategic build-out, which is different again from ongoing monthly oversight. I scope each project to your business, your monthly ad spend, and how much hands-on involvement you need from me.

What I will tell you upfront: I only take on projects where I genuinely believe I can move the needle. I'd rather turn down work than take on a project I'm not confident about. If I don't think I'm the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you on the discovery call, and usually point you somewhere that is a fit.

Submit the form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps and a sense of what our project might look like.

  • Free 30-minute discovery call before any commitment
  • Custom proposal scoped to your business
  • Engagements typically start within 1–2 weeks
  • Flexible — I take on a small number of clients to keep quality high

The questions I get asked most.

Independent Facebook ads consultants typically charge between €500 and €8,000 per month, or hourly rates between €60 and €400. My pricing depends on scope, your monthly ad spend, and how much hands-on involvement you need from me. A one-time audit is a different engagement than ongoing monthly oversight. I scope each project individually — submit the form on this page and I'll come back with a clear proposal within 24 hours.
